The Australian Butterfly Sanctuary is the perfect place for students to learn about butterflies and their life cycles. Our program is linked to the Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards and can meet achievement standard in English, Mathematics, Science an more.

Our local schools program includes entry and a guided tour of our butterfly aviary and the laboratory. In our laboratory, students will be shown pupae for each species, caterpillars in all stages of growth and pupa. Students will also be able to view butterfly wings through a state-of-the-art microscope.
